My old display was sold for 61€ (about $82) which is more than even my most optimistic expectations. Wow :D
So, there might be another trip South happening in the not-too-distant future. Also... Nah, not gonna tell you that yet since I don't wanna jinx it ;)

Finally, a huge thanks to hector_rashbaum for the Deamwidth invite <3 I really wanted to check out this new journaling site, mainly to see what they're doing differently (or maybe better?) than good ol' ElJay. Right now, I'm crossposting to DW via Semagic, which works just as well as it did with JF and IJ. I'll keep you updated on what I think of DW, though I don't think I'll completely switch over any time soon...

Let's see... today's happeh is...

- Prepared some things to sell on eBay. Let's see how it goes when the auctions actually start (tomorrow evening).

- Watched more Dekaranger. It's getting more interesting the more members join the S.P.D. Also, I simply adore the ultra-cool big band style ED (it's called "Midnight Dekaranger", sung by the amazing SASAKI Isao-sama) <3

- Created my first Twibe - Super_Sentai!

Apparently, the milk carton I opened last night wasn't leakproof. Either that or I damaged it somehow.
Anyway. When I opened the fridge today, about a third of it was flooded -_-
I'm just glad I didn't have to throw away that much, we're already tight on the money because of the new washer-drier (which rules, but was damn expensive) T_T
Also, I know yamasagi won't be angry at me, looking at the frozen veggies stunt he pulled recently. THAT one could have possibly tunred out really dangerous to both the kittehs and us XD
Gotta look out for him more... and vice versa, I suppose ^_^;;;

However, I have cherry coke and my new, fluffy Haruhi slippers to comfort me, not to mention the other anime goods I got from eBay yesterday ^_^

Kai is sick. The poor thing caught a flu, which is quite unfortunate since he has to act at the theater six days a week and generally doesn't do the kind of job that allows you to reduce talking ;_;
So, I'm trying my damndest to cheer him up. Luckily, I seem to be able to make him laugh once in a while.
Still, I'd rather be there for him... :|

Things on eBay are still going well. Just two more hours and we'l know how much more moolah will be on my bank account when I'm in Munich =)

Currently reviving some childhood TV memories (see icon) and having the time of my life ^_^
I might write a bit more MMPR-related stuff later, provided I still feel like it tomorrow...

The opening night went well. Kai told me he actually got quite a bit of praise for his (small-ish) role. I'm so glad and proud :D

yamasagi and me just ordered our tickets for this year's AnimagiC. They're 75 Euros per person for the all-in version which will hopefully be bursting with gimmicks anbd surprises.
The online thing went really well. Glad AnimaniA finally caught up with modern technology :*
We ordered our con packets just two minutes apart from each other, and yet there was a gap of about 70 people on our ordering numbers. So, I kinda expect the event to be sold out really soon O.o
I'm actually amazed the site is still working...!

Got mah new shoes (they're from the UK and still surprisingly pricey) in the mail. It's those. Gorgeous, I tell ya, hope I'll be able to actually walk in them *lol*
Still waiting to get this, though. Couldn't resist, despite it being hardly cheaper than buying from amazon. I'm so bad ^_^;;;

Of course, yamasagi, who'd rather have me not doing anything on the 'net in case he gets caught in any trouble I might stir up, is worried that we might end up in prison next week. Heh. If everyone who ever uploaded copyrighted material would be arrested, this planet would be pretty empty now...

Piece of good news: Won cat ears and a tail on eBay. Yay, I'll be a nekomimi soon =^.^=

One of the sellers I'm currently considering is called happygirl_corset. As a LOLcat addict, this kinda reads like happytail to me *rofl*
There is also one called - and I swear I'm not making this up - mini_whale_corset. Er... that's not very polite, is it? I mean, I'm not skinny, but I'm still quite a long way away from any large aquatic mammal *lol*

Apart from that, I'm bidding on some nice jewellery/accessories sold by a very pretty lady. I guess even I'm susceptible to the ole "sex sells". But the stuff she offers is damn good as well ;P

Actually, you should toitally check out the store they're from. They have tons of awesome cosplay/Gothic Lolita stuff. Damn, how I'd want to raid their warehouse >:D

Aaaaand anohter store discovery: Them. I just very nearly had a heart attack when I saw this (again, this is actually my size!).

To afford all that, I plan to sell my crappy Kodak C813. I got the awesome DX7590 from yamasagi so I don't really need it anymore :D

ETA: yamasagi bought me the last one. ZOMG O_O

My happy thing for today: Those arriving in the mail. I'm planning to wear them when I visit my parents (25th/26th) ^_^

I've also started looking for a WordPress layout to customize. My German blog really needs a new outift =)

Today, I phoned mum, asking her to send me my 20-hole combat boots. I don't need them any more since I bought 30-hole ones a few months ago which are much cooler. And since the 20-hole ones are almsot unworn (only tried threm on one or twice, I think), selling them on eBay will hopefully give me a bit of funds for my November trip.
Speaking of said trip, I booked a room for the weekend. Hooray! It's the same price and pretty close to where Kai lives again, and since I now kinda know my way around there, I'm not worried about navigating in the slightest. Also, knowing him, being the adorable guy he is, he's gonna drive me around again anyway. Bless him *showers him with cuddles'n'kisses*
And this time, I'll try my damndest to be cohenrent enough to actually take some decent photos!!

ETA: Also, Soulbrother, it's "cuddly". Where did that extra "e" come from? Awww, even his mistakes are cute :x
