Just finished the user icon I didn't wanna make in the first place. Wow, that was Tobi lingo again *lol* Anyway, I think I managed to keep it harmless. The title is "Tobi ecchi" because that's what every anime fan thinks when he/she looks at that picture. Tobi, you pervert! ^_^ But it's kinda cute, anyway.

I think I never finished an icon that hastily. I'm still having problems looking at the pic *sigh* Well, what else.
