Some funny dialogues from my family, translated by me (I did my best, honest) ^_^

(Note: Ototou-chan is my younger brother, okaa-san is mum and otou-san is dad)

Ototou-chan, while trying to upen the "Mandrake" CD case for me: "I need something thin and flat"
Jessy, giggling: "Tobi" *is ridiculously amused about her joke*
Ototou-chan, annoyed: "I should use your humour..."

Honey, about to visit his mum which he hates: "But at least I'll get something to eat. She's gonna make chicken drumsticks and chips. I told her to make three."
Jessy, sarcastically: "Three chips?"

Ototou-chan about his upcoming band "Nachtruf": "Have I told you that we might have a guitar player?"
Jessy: "No."
Ototou-chan: "We might have a guitar player."

Okaa-san about otou-san who just put on short pants: "Is he bonkers?"
Otou-san: "No, I'm WARM"

Jessy about okaa-san who is ordering otou-san around happily: "Yeah, our big dictator..."
Okaa-san in a sad voice: "Really? Actually, I don't want that... You're just so stupid!"

Sadly, I had to leave out one of the best ones which was intranslatable as it was built around a pun between the German words "sechs" (six) and "Sex" which sound exactly the same. Ah well... Have I told you that I love my family? [/boring]

On another note: Hun's online banking account has been blocked and we don't know why. Unfortunately, he won't be back from Bavaria before Thursday so he can't do anything about it. I know it's not my fault, but I still feel _extremely_ bad about this >_
