Wow, that song is amazing! I hereby officially declare it my favourite tune of the moment. Looks like one of the Genki picks for next week's update has just been decided.
Hun downloaded Blackadder season one to four plus all the specials for me. And he burned the stuff onto two DVDs cuz he bought a DVD-RW drive last week. He's the best ^_^ Now I've got all episodes as wonderful DVD rips and can basically throw away those old vids where episode 3x01 even had audio and video not synchronized properly ~_~ And there is one special that I didn't have before - Baldrick's Diary. The other three are really nice to watch as the copies I had until now were almost unbearable in terms of picture and sound. Whee, I love that series. Wish they'd make a movie or even another season. Mmmmh, I'd say Blackadder in Roman times would be fun, as seen in "Back and Forth". Stephen Fry speaking Latin with English subtitles was hilarious, especially as he ended his speach with "Baaah... us." *roflmao*
Ah, it's nice when you come home after a nice weekend and everybody is grumpy and angry... not.
Tomorrow, lil' bro's holiday job is going to start. Fifteen days at the factory doing dull 'n' dirty work. But he gets paid incredibly well. Still, he doesn't want to go but has to and after this year's job he says he's going to quit. Mum's very angry because it's really hard getting part time work these days and he won't be allowed to come back in a few years should he want to do the job again. Well, I think it's his decision. I mean, he is eighteen and stuff and if he doesn't want to go anymore, he just has to face the bloody consequences. By the way, that would involve not getting the car to meet his friends that often anymore. But as I said, it's his thing and I won't butt in, even though it looks like mum wants me to. "You're getting on so well", she says. Getting on my ass! Forget it!
Wish I could take his place but the factory people don't take girls. I mean, some of them might, but certainly not to work there *lol* Thanks, Tobi, I'm taking on your kind of humor again *huggles*
See, I don't want to be dragged into the general bad mood that's floating around here. It's the summer holidays goddamn, and if they can't take things more easily, I most certainly will *evil grin*
Kill me, but I actually bought a pair of "Australian icons" *lol* Look. Actually, I have some sort of a size problem. My feet are 39/40, but you can only buy those in either 38/39 or 40/41 so I trusted my luck. Mind you, this is the last pink item I'll ever wear in my whole life. Unless You-Know-Who turns up with something new ^_^;;; I'm so weak when it comes to him...
