Just watched the new anime "Agatha Christie no Meitantei Poirot to Marple". Yes, you read correctly, they made her detective stories into an anime and I was looking forward to this for weeks. And I must say that I really liked the first episode. Nice drawings, good seiyuu and perfect storytelling. Froth-Bite did a brilliant job on it as well (what a picture!). Too sad that Mrs. Marple didn't show up in episode one. But the preview showed her so I guess I'll just have to wait for episode two. There'll be thirty-nine in total, FYI.
Oookay, TFL.org kicked my Edguy fanlisting even though I wrote an email telling them not to do so. Well, I immediately told them that but haven't heard from them yet. Now I got the approval for the other listing I applied for, and this is the second time they screwed up on one of my approvals. A couple of months ago they put Bela in the "musicians female" category (!) and now they added an extra "T" to Tobi's family name ;_; Nooo!!! So, another protest from me and I hope they correct it as speedily as they did when the "Bela thing" occurred. Really, don't they even know how to copy and paste?
Now I have a finished fanlisting lying around and can't do anything with it. Hooray ~_~
Guess what? My dear comp is now powered by WinXP in English language ^_^ Okay, the formatting of C:\ resulted in a complete chaos as the drive letters changed completely. In short: G:\ became C:\ and the other partitions moved up one digit. So damn confusing -_- The problem is that I can't correct this anymore as you can't do anything the letters of system and boot devices. Fuck!
But, but English Windows is cool. No more "Kopieren, Ausschneiden, Einfügen", instead you get "Copy, Cut, Paste" everywhere. Yay ^_^
It took me a couple of hours to re-install the most basic applications (about thirty °_°), but it was worth it. I even upgraded from PSP 7 to 8 and when I deleted the driver that came with my sound card (!) and used one of the Windows ones I even got my subwoofer to work ^_^;;; Okay, that driver had the volume set to something like 90% by default which gave me a tiny bit of a shock, but anyway.
I even managed to have a first listen to "Century Child" (Thanks again, bpka!) and I think it's almost as good as "Once". Maybe even better. Have to take a closer look before I can say more...
