Short story: One of my wisdom teeth will be removed tomorrow at noon.
Long story (including speeding cameras and cute doctors)

Okay, so I got up at 7 AM and called my dentist. I told her I'm a bloody emergency so I got an appointment at 9:15.
When I got there, she looked at my teeth and said "Well, they look fantastic as usual" (I'm one of her favourite patients cuz there's never anything wrong) so there must be something underneath. I got x-rayed and there it was.
All of my wisdom teeth are sitting in awkward positions, thus creating gaps where bacteria and crap can sit and rot and all of that can't be cleaned by myelf cuz no toothbrush or dental floss can reach there (it's not even my fault *whines*).
And one of the wisdoms (the one on the bottom right side) is suffering from heavy caries that already reached the nerve. That's where the - owie - pain comes from.
She said she'd drill into the thing and kill the nerve but when she'd given me the injection I remembered tot ell her about my holiday plans.
Well, long story short, she got really nervous and said she wouldn't be able to guarantee me to be pain-free until September.
Our only option: The wisdom has to go out NOW. So she wrote a referral and sent me to the hospital.
On the way there, dad got caught by a speeding camera, even though extended traffic controls had been announced on the radio about three minutes earlier. Er... idiot?
At the hospital, I had to fill out a long patient admittance paper (including the usual questions such as "Do you take drugs?" - Uh... does music count? no? Damn XD) and waited for what seemed like days.
When they called my name and I entered the consulting room, my first thought was "OMFG cute doc yay O_O". He's Turkish and not much older than me, though he must've thought I'm a damn high school kid like EVERYONE does (Do I really look THAT young? *sobs*).
Anyway, he was all kinds of nice and awesome though he admitted there wasn't any time slot left for a surgery today. He gave me some information paprs though (which I shouldn't have read cuz they mention all kinds of scary complications that could happen at a chance of less than 1% X_X) and told me some stuff about how such a thing can be done. When I told him about the whole holiday stuff, he said he'd be sure to get me in for surgery tomorrow and should the hag at the reception desk refuse to do so, I was supposed to get back to him (I think he liked me *lol*).
Well, everything went smoothly and I got an appointment at 12:30 tomorrow. The whole thing is supposed tot ake 45 minutes and afterwards, I'll get to play sick for at least three days =)
Okay, that means I'll have to stay at home a bit longer instead of going to Yama's on Friday, but that can't be changed.
Right now, I dunno whether I should be scared or not. Guess I'll survive that and it's only one tooth after all. But there'll be something to distract me cuz tonight, we're watching PotC 2 :D

BTW, thanks for the song, foobar X_X;;;;;

There are not a lot of things that really scare the hell out of me, like really really scare me... but the one thing that really does are dentists... that's why I still have 3 of my wisdom teeth in my mouth and I won't DARE to have them removed... I'm just so freaking scared... so I probably wouldn't have got a MINUTE of sleep if I were you!

How did you like PotC 2?
