Okay, it's 8:53 PM now. We only got the comp to work about an hour ago.
Right now, I'm eating and watching my HDD bein partitioned. Nice.
CPU temperature is 32°C (89°F) which is almost frighteningly cold.
The new display is amazing even though it's still running in analogue mode only (no DVI cable right now).
Await my detailed report full of blood and tears (no kidding!) some time tomorrow.

I'm glad it's finally working for you. That reminds me that I need to purchase a new hard drive very soon as mine is starting to get too full :(

Just be sure to stay away from any Hitachi models! I've had two of those die on me in less than two years. My recommendation would be Samsung, they're pretty reliable and not too expensive.
Running out of space, eh? How much do you have right now? I've got 250 gigs since yesterday and I doubt I'll ever be able to fill that up *lol*

I've only got 30 gigs at the moment. That's what came with my computer when I purchased it back in 2001. Currently there is only 11 gigs empty. I keep clearing off big files so it won't get too full :(
