Apple pancakes

(Dad calls home from the office)
Dad: "What's for dinner tonight?"
Mum: "Apple pancakes"
(You have to know that apple pancakes are dad's number one favourite food.)

(A couple of hours later, dad calls again)
Dad: "What's for dinner tonight?"
Mum: "Apple pancakes"
Dad: "What? You weren't kidding?! In that case, I'm gonna come home immediately"

He doesn't really trust mum, eh? XD
