Kan-chan arrived!
... and she left a warm spot on my desk *lol*
Anway, about half an hour ago, a small delivery van stopped in front of a house and an even smaller red-haired woman handed me an enormous package that was about four tiems bigger than the acual thing. It took me ages to open it, and then, in the midst of tons of paper and weird, air-filled protective bags, there she was. A beautiful IBM ThinkPad T21 ^_^
I just tested her a bit, made a system report using Everest (I always do that when being confronted with new computers XD), listened to some music I copied onto the HDD etc. That TrackPoint is really amazing, incredibly precise and it doesn't make your hand hurt after a while (which even mum admitted). However, I shut her down after a short while for my comp is still running as well, as I need to complete a few downloads first. We'll see what Kan-chan and I'll be up to later.
More about the thing once I have worked with it for a bit. That might even include a pic or two ^_~
