So, my H: drive is officially dead. It stopped recoginzing discs (both blank ones and ones that have data on them). Crappy thing *kicks it*
My I: drive is acting up in a rather peculiar way as well. It doesn't want the new DVD+Rs I bought. Which is a problem since I got 75 of them and doubt I'd be able to get my money back for such a reason. Updating both Nero (to the newest version 7.8.5.0) and the drive's firmware didn't help either.
But I decided to not get upset about it because it's not worth it anyway.
Ten minutes later,
yamasagi arrived, asking me to give him the SIM card he's got lying around cuz his new phone has arrived (Whee~!). When I told him what's wrong, he said "I'll get you a new one. It'll be the same one I just bought for myself*. Tonight, you'll have a fresh DVD writer in your comp".
OMG O_O

I still can't ruddy believe how one person alone can have such repeated, eternal bad luck with CD/DVD writers. Is this ever going to stop? =_=
