Okay, first. We watched SG-A "Sunday" yesterday. Although I kind of knew what was going to happen, it still hit me like a truck.
They killed him... they really killed him...
I... still can't believe it...
The moment that explosion engulfed him... I really burst into tears and couldn't stop sobbing until way into the next episode.
But what finally killed me was the final scene with Rodney standing on the pier of Atlantis and, in his imagination, talking to his deceased friend, apologizing to him because he thought it was his fault. Gods, that was so... terrible...
Carson actually had some of his most cute and adorable moments in this very episode.
And then... they just killed him...
What's almost as worse is that I loved how they started with the explosion and then went back and narrated the hours before that from the eprspectives of various Atlantis citizens. That was brilliant and very typical of the clever and unique style of both series.
Still... *wipes eyes*
I miss him already...
SG-1 was really good as well. It will never, ever be able to compare to SG-A but you gotta love teh SG-1, even if it's just because of its ruthless bashing of religion and blind belief. Because this, they do remarkably good. Oh, and Vala. She RAWKS =D
BTW, they're still doing little crossovers. Me likey ^_^
Apart from that, I want a new PDA. One that doesn't lose all its data when the battery is used up. But those are 100+ Euros so... forget it. Blah.
