The Colbert Report is 30 minutes and gets interrupted twice.. So yeah, breaks every 10-15 minutes is about right. As for length, I know that with cartoons that come in 2 episodes, each is 11 minutes long, and there's one commercial break between them so that's 8 minutes left.. which includes the theme song, commercials, and credits. So, maybe 7 minutes per break? I don't watch a lot of TV but that's what I can figure :P
