Well, there are a number of reasons why my entries are in English. First, I love the language. Lots. More than my own, actually. Second, I made tons of friends all over the world who don't understand German. And then, and this is probably the most important point, it's just fun to write in English. I mean, I do have a German blog, too, and I update that one a lot, but there are some things you just can't do in that language. So I'm happy with both =)
