I agree with you... Except on this: But of the other 3%, at least one third is made up of PotC. Because the dub (and especially the performance of one Marcus Off, the voice actor playing Jonny Depp*) adds something to the movies that IMHO isn't quite there in the original.
The German Jack Sparrow is a completely different character. And I prefer the original.
