I downloaded a Gamma Ray video bootleg, filmed by someone from the audience. It's a concert in Bologna from 1999.
The concert itself is pretty short (67 minutes), but being pre-"Skeletons", the setlist is very inteersting:
Of course, the quality of the video was not exactly great, but you kinda forget that during the show. I mean, this is God on stage, rgiht? *lol*
But then, during "Gardens of the sinner", when he had to do the spoken part ("As the seventh angel opened up the seal" etc.), "God" simply forogt his lines O_O;;;
"Somewhere out in space" was pretty amazing. Near the end of the song, the whole band slowed down and Kai just played a very slow, very nice kind of solo that usually doesn't belong to the song. That sounded absolutely amazing, and he was really into his playing, you could see that even on this low quality video. I guess this must've been one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen... Kai closing his eyes, not noticing anything around him and just playing his guitar... *awwwww*
And then, he put his cool instrument away for a while, ran around the stage and made the audience sing a "Woohooo"-version of the SWOIS chorus. Seeing Kai without his guitar, but still singing, is a bit confusing, so I kinda know how he must feel in a situation like that XD
Anyway, this was definately something ^^
