He suddenly appeared in #KnO a few minutes ago. At first, I was pretty scared, but he's been behaving normally so far. Well, we'll see what happens. Seems he's got some sort of DSL now. Sounds rather odd as his UL is only 5 KB/s, but his DL seems to be the same as mine (45). Oh, anyway.

Intersting Kai interview here. That part about him wanting to play Pilate in "The Life of Brian" kinda scared me. Mainly because I can actually imagine him doing that O_O;;; I guess that's because he and Michael Palin are kinda cute in a very similar way. And BTW, what is with all those Power Metal singers and Monty Python?

Lately, I've been reading a very intersting weblog written by a guy who owns a small supermarket in Bremen. He's also been featured on TV and in magazines a couple of times and I guess his weblog is one of the most famous ones in Germany. That stuff is really cool to read as it's the type of real life stuff I kinda like. And the way he cares for his customers somehow makes me wanna move there *lol* The link: Der Shopblogger. I gave that link to mum as well, even though she always tells me how much she hates shoping (of course, only the grocery stuff, not the clothes XD). Maybe she still likes it, who knows?

Are there really people who don't know that a drama CD and an OST are not the same thing? X_X That's scary...

gimme 5

1. Coffee or tea?
Well, I don't drink that much coffee, but sometimes, I do like some espresso or cappuccino, and I _love_ latte macchiato. But during winter, I tend to drink tea on a daily basis, so my answer's tea.
2. Meat or vegetables?
Vegetables. I mean, I do like meat, but only in smaller portions...
3. Sweet or sour?
Sweet. I mean, I don't really hate sour things, but still. Holy crap, what's with these questions? XD
4. Wine or soda?
I hate wine, so the answer is obvious...
5. Beer or coke?
Er... mixture of both? Actually, I don't drink a lot of alcohol, but if I do, it's usually beer. But then, I drink tons of Coke each day, so I guess my answer would be coke O_O;;;

Those were a bit uninspired, weren't they? I hope the Firday Fives will be better...
Stephen Hawking (OMG, you have absolutely NO IDEA how difficult it is for my mum to pronounce his last name *shudders*) appeared on a German talk show on Monday. That was only his second TV interview ever so that was kinda cool.

Yesterday, mum, bro and I had lunch at a Chinese restaurant (BTW, the music in there sounded as though it had ben composed on a SNES, no kidding O_O). And when I told mum about that interview I mentioned that the English to German translator had had such an easy job during that interview as he could just read the stuff that was written on Hawking's speech computer. And I also told her that instead of listening to the translator (stupid f...ing German) I read the stuff on the computer as well.
Mum said "Ah, so you could translate that for yourself?"
Er... no.
It's really funny to explain that to someone who has never learned any foreign language. Anyway, I told her that I no longer have to take that "German detour", in other words: If I read something in English, I understand it immediately, without having to use my mother tongue first. And I don't really get why she looked that surprised. Okay, maybe I do: Maybe it was because she still thinks that everybody except her is stupid >:O

That actually reminded me of a classmate I had back at high school. He was in the same advanced English class and one day, he explained why it always took him quite a long time to answer a question in English. I think the stuff he said went somewhat like "First, I have to translate the question to German in my head, then I have to think up an answer in German and finally translate that back into English."
Well... I guess that was one of the candidates who did NOT really belong into that class, eh?

And then, did you know that modern physics includes theories about eleven dimensions? Holy shit, I'm already having problems with just three or even four of 'em ^_^;;;

€dit: OMG, I still need to get #JDCollector's three latest releases. That's three files at about 450 MB each. Poor, slow, old DSL line *pets*

MIROKU!!! Miroku's the guy for you! He likes girls
so much that you might have to pull him away
from other girls. He is a bit of a perv, but
you might see that as a PLUS! ^_^ Enjoy!

Which anime boy is for you?

Ah, OK. I have no idea who he is, except that he seems to be from Inu Yasha, which I've never watched. Oh well, whatever XD

Your anime hair colour is... PINK!!! You're
constantly trying to be beautiful... and it
works! You can charm anyone into your bidding.
You believe that life is too short too waste,
so you love spending time with your friends.

What's your true anime hair colour?
brought to you by Quizilla

Oh no, please nooo T_T

Evil
(Dominatrix) Evil- Well well well...we meet again!
My advice to you is to have fun for
once...laugh...but not at another's
demise...thats just evil? Hehehe. Anyways, you
should get on with your life, but scheme
occasionally (but don't actually take them into
action). Calm down, and have some non-sugar
related foods or else...(poof!)...you're going
to explode.

Which anime stereotype are you?
