That's correct. We have a leak.
Someone acquired the DVDs of the first season (don't ask me how, maybe KSM accidentally delivered some of them despite the postponement) and posted all the dubbed episodes on BT.
How the hell are we supposed to get people to watch it on TV now?!

... wow, I honestly thought this week couldn't possibly get any worse. Ha ha frickin' ha.
And don't even ask about the huge thunderstorm that will apparently be hitting the city in about an hour. There's no way our satellite dish is gonna stay on the roof this time T_T

Well, with that and my scarf, my Slytherin costume seems to be complete. Or at least as complete as it can get, considering my nearly complete lack of monetary surplus.

A thunderstorm in Janauary. I can't fuckin' believe it.

So, things turned out worse than expected. Ten people died, most of them here in the West and not in the North. I can't help thinking it's because people here were ignoring the whole thing because the North usually gets most of it. Well, wrong.
At about 7:30, we got the first minor power outage. Luckily, it only lasted for a few minutes.
Unfortunately, when everything was running again, the 'net started behaving strangely, including me getting timeouts from some servers in Germany
When the electricity was back, I got a call from a friend of mum, who told me choir practice is off. Unfortunately, at that point, mum was already on the way. But she came back shortly afterwards because the street was blocked anyway ;)
At about 8:45, it happened. Mum was back and sitting in her upstairs room with a mug of hot soup, dad was in the living room and bro and me in front of our computer/laptop. Everything went black again.
This time, it lasted a little longer. Two and a half hours, to be precise.
But since I got such a great and funny family, we didn't get bored AT ALL.
Mum, me and bro sat in my room, talking and making stupid jokes, mum and me had some Martini for no particular reason and we deposited candles and tea lights throughout the house.
A bit later, mum got out the fondue spirit cooker and made hot water so everyone who wanted could make him/herself some tea. Bro and me actually had some of my stocked ramen which was delicious. At about 11:15, everything came back. Mum and dad went to bed, bro and me continued to talk and laugh in his room.
Unfortunately, an hour later, the power was gone AGAIN and we decided to go to sleep as well.
So, that was my evening, in case anyone wondered where I was ;)

Holy shit, there's half a tornado blowing outside. Actually, it's upposed to get even worse tomorrow.

You just hold on to the ground tightly, right? And if that doesn't help, I'm gonna grab my blanket and sleep inside you *lol*

I just came back from a grrrreat evening. Bro and me looked at old Nintendo games on an emulator, laughed, talked and just had a lot of fun in general.
Sorry for being sentimental, but I'm lucky to have a brother like him. I mean, I've always said that I wouldn't exchange him for anyone else and it's still true.

For one, someone should teach that guy what a space key is.
For another, why do people still think everyone has the time and the webspace (and the connection for god's sake) to upload huuuge files for total strangers and let them drain their website traffic?

I mean, REALLY... That band is so absolutely and utterly mediocre, it's not even funny!
The singer isn't trying to copy Kai at all. Nah. Hey, even his pronounciation sounds like him more often than not.
And all that "deathe", "grounde" and "fighte" stuff is just so terribly annoying. It certainly doesn't make your their lyrics any better to add a goddamn "e" to every verb and subject O_o

I'm only listening to a couple of their songs cuz Kai sings in them.
Tho I can recommend "Chains of slavery". Kai's parts are just HOT :)~~~~
... and the last part of "Heroic deathe" is nice, too. Kai somehow forced a lot more melody (and quality) into the whole thing simply by singing the end of it.
But all in all... Stormwarrior = Bleh.

And some big German newspaper apparently wrote some crap about pissing off the Italians by ordering pizza at 9 PM (that's when the game starts). They even added a list of phone numbers. Bastards.

Got myself registered for WLAN access at uni. Wow, they even explicitly allow us to chat and use IRC and stuff *thinks of all the bad things she coud do* >:D And I looove the maps over at ther webpage where you can check what areas have been equipped with WLAN already. Cute ^^
Our IT center is abbreviated as ZIMT (Zentrum für Informations- und Medientechnologie), but Zimt is also a real word meaning cinnamon. Haha, very funny indeed XD
I also leaned that we have a cluster of 256 CPUs called "Rubens" (cuz said painter was born in Siegen). It's made up of said CPUs (AMD Opteron), 256 GB (!) RAM and about 20 TB (Terabyte, 1 TB ~ 1000 GB) HDD space. Cool...
