"Carry me over" will be the second single from the upcoming new Avantasia album "The Scarecrow".
Well, we knew that already.
But today, I got a newsletter from Nuclear Blast that had a link to the full video clip.

My god. I love this song. It's beautiful. And - I know it's old news, but... seeing Tobi playing the bass is so. Damn. Hot.

As rdyfrde said, the volume is really low. My tip: Get GoldWave and boost it up by a few hundred percent. Also, converting it to mp3 might make sense for various reasons ;)

He's planning to pick up "Assassin's Creed" (PS3) and I want "Animal Crossing" for the DS. I've heard so many good things about this game, it has to be amazing.
I just hope they have both of them in stock *prays*

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. So many people were complaining on the Helloween board that the music would degrade with Tobi playing the bass but him posing with it is just...hot :D

Interesting, I'll have to check out that software. I was just going to boost it up with my Windows conversion software when I converter it to mp3. This might work better instead :)

Well to be fair, I think they were comparing him to Markus Grosskopf (Helloween's bassist) since he played on the original Avantasia albums. Plus the fact that Tobi hasn't played bass on an album since Vain Glory Opera. Granted it is foolish of them to assume that Tobi wouldn't be practicing before the album to get good enough. Personally, I think he plays just fine :)

Since I'm not one of those who start complaining about a change in style (as long as the music is good, which it is), I don't mind what Tobi is doing these days.
I mainly listen to music that I think is good, no matter if it's really heavy, or softer, or whatever. I don't listen to Metal because it's heavy, but because I feel it's good music.
Also, people who heard "The Scarecrow" say a lot of it is pretty heavy. Tobi apparently just decided to do something controversial and release the two softer songs as singles.
I respect peoples' opinions and if they don't like what's happening, it's okay. I just see things a little differently.

... wait.
So much for not discussing the whole thing =)
